A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas located outside of our normal delivery area. Remember prices listed on the website do not include sales tax. Your final cost will be calculated in the cart.
A: Yes, but please give us a call if you are located outside of Camden County, Georgia. Deliveries outside of our normal delivery area may require us to send out an additional truck and schedule additional drivers in order to get all of our deliveries out in a timely manner. Please call our office for availability and a current quote based on party size and distance.
A: No, we want you to have the whole time to party! We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or even the day before. If this is the case, we will call a day or two before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
No, the inflatable will be clean when you get it. House of Bounce and Events cleans and disinfects after every rental.
A: Yes, anytime the inflatables are being used, the blower must remain on. The blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once powered off or unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Cords longer than 50 ft. can pop your circuit breaker so we provide heavy duty cords with every rental. When the unit is not in use, such as overnight, the blower can be turned off until in use again.
If you are thinking about having a party at a park, clubhouse or any other public location, and are interested in a rental from House of Bounce and Events, please contact our staff before placing your order. We are often NOT able to set up at parks or clubhouses because of the time and electricity restrictions. If our equipment is setup at a public location, someone is required to stay with the rental equipment once it is delivered and until it is picked up. We are currently unable to meet the time requirements necessary for most park or clubhouse setups, so please give us a call and a staff member will confirm availability.
A: We accept cash or credit card. A processing fee of 3% will be charged for each credit transaction. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
A: No problem! The $50 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least one week and one day (8 days or more) prior to your rental date. If you cancel one week or less (2-7 days) prior to your rental, your deposit will be kept on file in our system and good towards another rental for up to 1 year from your original rental date. If the deposit is not used within 1 year, it is no longer valid for use towards another rental.
All cancellations due to weather are considered on a case by case basis. We understand weather in our area is often unpredictable. This is a decision that will be discussed by both House of Bounce staff and the customer leasing our equipment 24-48 hours prior to the rental. All decisions to proceed or not proceed with the rental will be made with safety being the number one concern. Please note, once the in route to the rental or after a delivery has been made, no refunds or alternate arrangements will be made. If we feel the safety of our customers and equipment is compromised at anytime during the rental, House of Bounce reserves the right to pickup the equipment at anytime during the agreed rental period.

A: Our inflatables come in all different shapes and sizes! Please look at the dimensions listed in the product description for each unit and make sure you have adequate enough space in the area you would like the equipment setup. Some of our units are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Our units need room to be staked, need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatables. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the actual dimensions and the setup space needed. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
A: Please be sure to check the dimensions of the inflatable, the power requirements, and the setup area required to make sure the unit your rent will fit in your space. Please make sure you have at least a 4 foot opening to access to the area where it will be set up. Our inflatables can weigh over 800 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room to maneuver the cart transporting your rental.
A: It really depends on the type of unit you are renting. We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), and sometimes dirt, asphalt and concrete. We can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. When setting up on anything other than grass, please call our office to speak with a staff member to discuss any special arrangements.
A: Yes, you will receive a copy of your contract and safety during the reservation process. You will be asked to agree to the terms and sign the contract before proceeding with the rental. There is also a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office to request a copy or ask any questions!
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, allowing too many users in the unit exceeding weight limit) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit, blower, etc. We do not want you or us to be in that situation, so please review and sign your contract so that you are aware of your responsibilities as an operator.
